Present your ticket at the Main g=Gate.

Ticket is non-refundable but can be replaced by calling Neptune Island Waterpark and asking for your ticket to be reissued to the email address it was purchased under.

Refunds will not be given for tickets purchased and not used. All sales are final.

Tickets are uniquely barcoded and can only be used once.  If altered or duplicated the ticket is not valid.

Ticket is valid only for the summer season purchased.

Ticket may not be used with any other offers such as group rates, discounts, etc.

Ticket holder grants permission to use his or her photo and video images taken at the park to be used for advertising purposes without payment to the holder.

If you purchase a ticket of the incorrect size you will be expected to pay the difference upon arriving at the park.
