Season Pass Frequently asked Questions

Do you offer a family pass?

Neptune Island does not offer a family pass, but has included 3 Bring-a-Friend single use admission tickets with every season pass. Each season pass is valid for one (1) individual for the entire season.

What are Bring-a-Friend tickets?

Bring-a-Friend tickets are three (3) single use admission tickets that season pass holders receive to use throughout the season. Your tickets are good for one use each and will be active once you receive your actual season pass. These entitlements are applied directly to your card and are redeemed at the Main Gate, so you can skip the line at the Admissions Office. Once you have used your three Bring-a-Friend tickets they cannot be redeemed again in the 2025 season.

I purchased my season pass online, how do I get my actual season pass?

Once you purchase your season pass online, please bring your confirmation ticket that should have been emailed to you to the Admissions Office at Neptune Island when the park is open. Our Admissions Crew will take your picture for season pass verification and will issue your season pass card. You will receive a season pass card for every individual that you have purchased a season pass for. The individual must be present in order to receive their season pass. Neptune Island Waterpark does not mail any ticket or season pass purchases. All purchases must be redeemed in person at the park.

I purchased Season Passes as a gift. Can I come to the Admissions Office and pick up a card to give to my gift recipient?

Season Passes will not be issued without the Season Pass Holder present. We understand that most guests wish to give their loved ones a physical item as their gift, so we’ve created a 2025 Season Pass Gift Certificate. After making your purchase, simply print out the certificate and wrap it up with the QR codes from your confirmation email to gift to your loved one. Click here to print your certificate. Don’t have a printer? No problem! We have pre-printed certificates available for pick up at the Admissions Office. Stop by during Admissions Office Hours during the Cyber Sale to get yours or email our Guest Services Crew to arrange pick up outside of these hours. Please kindly note, your loved one must have the QR codes from your email to redeem their season pass. Guests will not be able to redeem their season pass solely with our Season Pass Gift Certificate.

Can someone else use my season pass?

Season pass cards may only be used by the season pass card holder that the card is registered to. Season passes may not be transferred from person to person. Use of a season pass by anyone other than the photographed account holder, or the violation of any park rules, will result in expulsion and/or revocation of your season pass without a refund.

How do I use my discounts associated with my season pass?

Season pass holder entitlements may only be issued in-person at this time. Please visit our Admissions Office for assistance with redeeming your discounts. Food & Beverage discounts can be applied directly to your order at The Galley or Low Tide Lucy’s.

How long is my season pass valid?

All season passes are valid for the entire season. The 2025 season dates will be announced at a later time.

What is Early-Bird Entry?

Early-Bird Entry is an exclusive perk for our Neptune Island season pass holders. This allows season pass holders the opportunity to enter the park 15 minutes prior to the general public on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day & Labor Day) for a prime selection of seating. Early-Bird entry begins at 9:45 am on Saturdays and holidays and 11:45 am on Sundays and holidays that fall on Sundays.

Do you offer discounts on season passes?

Because our season passes have already been extremely discounted from their $150 value, we do not offer additional discounts on season passes. We do offer discounts on daily admission tickets for Military, EMS, Fire, Police and Senior Citizens (55+).

Do I need a season pass for my child that is age 2 or under?

Guests who are ages 2 and under may purchase a Neptune Island Swim Diaper Cover to act as their 2025 Season Pass. Our swim diaper cover is a one-time purchase of $10.49 + tax and is reusable for the entire season. These diapers are unique in the fact that they go over your child's normal swim diaper. The swim diaper cover will act as their ticket into the park. To purchase your Neptune Island swim diaper, please visit the Admission Office in person. Guests who do not wish to purchase a swim diaper cover, must purchase an admission ticket for those in their party ages 2 and under. 2 and under admission tickets are $3 + tax.

Who is considered an "In-City Resident"?

In-City residents are those who live INSIDE the city limits of Hartsville. Because this project is funded by the City of Hartsville, we can only extend In-City pricing to Hartsville residents who currently live inside the city limits. To determine if your address qualifies you for an In-City Resident discount, please use this map tool.

Will you sell out of season passes?

Neptune Island does have a set number of season pass cards for each season as these are pre-printed for the season. Season pass sales will cease once we have sold out of these cards. All season pass sales will end on July 31, 2025.

What is Splash Cash and how does it work?

For the 2024 season, season pass holders will be able to use their season pass card like a gift card throughout the park to purchase items. Splash cash is monetary dollars applied to your season pass card using cash, credit or debit cards at the Admissions Office. No more worrying about carrying cash or your debit card at the park! Splash Cash can be used at any of our kiosks in the park. Splash Cash is non-refundable.

Is there a way to receive a refund for my season pass?

All ticket and season pass sales are non-refundable. Season passes are non-transferable.

What happens if I lose my season pass card?

Uh oh! We understand life happens. Simply visit our Admissions Office during your next visit and we will gladly replace your card for a small fee. There is a $10 replacement card fee.

How do I purchase a season pass as a gift?

Someone must be on the Nice List this year to be receiving a Neptune Island season pass as a gift! Simply type in their information when purchasing the season pass online. All they will need to redeem their pass at the park is the confirmation email and QR code from the “Get Your Tickets” link within the email. Please email our Crew at guestservices@neptuneisland.com for additional assistance.

What happens if I forget my season pass card at home?

Uh oh! We understand life happens. Simply visit our Admissions Office upon arrival and ask our Crew to review your season pass. Once it is confirmed that you do have a valid season pass, then a temporary one day ticket for the season pass holder may be purchased for $3 + tax. Season Pass Perks, such as Bring-a-Friend passes, cannot be redeemed unless your physical season pass card is present. No exceptions.
